Dress, Refunds and Other Details

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before April 24, 2020 will receive a full refund less a $30 administrative fee. After this date, only a 50% refund will be provided. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Substitutions from the same organization are permissible with advance notice.

A $30 service charge will be added to each returned check.

We reserve the right to limit registration and, if necessary, cancel this conference up to one week before the starting date without liability. In the event of cancellation, full registration refunds will be provided. The agenda may be modified at any time without notice. 

 

Dressing for the Workshop: Meeting rooms are hot! Meeting rooms are cold! They are never just right! We suggest dressing in business casual and layering to accommodate temperature differences.
