Update current grants calendar with previous foundation donors, research additional funders, and update with recommended prospects deadlines, and appropriate ask amounts

Review grant materials and assist with developing additional materials

Conduct ongoing grant research using subscription database services to match mission of nonprofit to funders

Prepare letters of intent (LOI) and grant proposals as needed (does not include state or federal grants)

Advise on solicitation strategies for local foundation and preparation for meetings

Regular meetings with staff to recommend next steps, prepare for fundraising visits and guide the development process

Provide transitional support for nonprofit leadership positions

Assist in daily operations and program services

Oversee fundraising activities and relationship management

Develop polices and procedures as needed

Communicate regular updates to designated board contact

Support search process for permanent leader and help during initial onboarding
